Colorful and delicious Watermelon Refreshment: This is how the day can start!
A smoothie like this for breakfast is always a good idea, don’t you think? Treat yourself to something special today and serve up this heavenly watermelon smoothie. Just delicious!
Ingredients for 1 person:
200 grams of watermelon
100 g of cucumber
1/2 lime, juice
1 pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
Watermelon, for decoration
Approx per serving:
1 gram of fat
28 grams of carbohydrates
2 grams of protein
about 10 minutes (plus 30 minutes cooling time)
And here’s how it’s done:
Remove the skin of the melon and cut 200 g of flesh into large cubes. Wash and chop the cucumber. Place both in a bowl and refrigerate for half an hour.
Place the melon and cucumber in a blender along with the lime juice, salt, sugar and a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with melon and enjoy ice cold!
