This fresh watermelon concoction is the perfect snack for warm summer days. Enjoy this fruit salad with our recipe.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
200 g of watermelon mass
1 yellow pepper
1 handful of baby lettuce
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon oil
50 g of low-fat quark
some carbonated mineral water
Approx per serving:
6 grams of fat
24 grams of carbohydrates
8 grams of protein
And here’s how it’s done:
Finely chop the flesh of the watermelon. Wash, peel and chop the pepper. Sort, wash and mix the baby lettuce in a bowl with the melon and peppers.
For extra flavor, mix in lemon juice, soy sauce, a pinch of powdered ginger, and stir in the oil. Drizzle over salad.
Whisk the low-fat quark with sparkling mineral water and a pinch of ginger powder until very creamy and add to the mix as a topping.
