Easy fare for warm days Pasta salad with tuna and green beans: simply delicious!

Don’t feel like cooking a big meal? So how about our Green Bean and Tuna Pasta Salad?
Sometimes all you need is a pasta salad. The good thing about this simple dish is that it is very versatile and can be made with almost any ingredient. Today’s menu: Pasta salad with tuna and green beans. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients for 4 people:
350 gr
salt
350 g of green beans
350 g of grape tomatoes
3 spoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (white)
185 g of tuna (natural and canned (in its own juice))
salt
Pepper (black and fresh ground)
2 tablespoons parsley (flat and chopped)
Approx per serving:
521 calories
73 grams of carbohydrates
26 grams of protein
12 grams of fat
Preparation time:
about 15 minutes (plus 20 minutes of baking time and 30 minutes of resting time)
And here’s how it’s done:
Cook the farfalle in boiling salted water until al dente, according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain well. Clean the beans and cook in boiling salted water for six minutes. Rinse in ice water and cut in half crosswise and lengthwise.
Wash the tomatoes and chop them finely. Put hot olive oil in a pan, melt without stirring for five minutes and wait until it cools.
Mix all prepared ingredients with vinegar and strained tuna and leave to rest for 30 minutes. If necessary, taste again, arrange on plates and sprinkle with parsley.
That’s it! Not bad, right? We haven’t had such delicious food in such a short time for a long time. It’s really versatile, our pasta salad with tuna and green beans.
