This is the “Green God” TikTok salad: a trend at home!
This latest TikTok trend brings something green to the plate! The “Green Goddess” salad is affectionately called, it’s easy to make and tastes heavenly. Read how to do it yourself here.
Ingredients for 1 salad (4 servings):
1 white cabbage
1 bunch of spring onions
30 ml of lemon juice
40 ml of olive oil
3 stalks of onion
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup basil
100 g of spinach
60 grams of walnuts
30 grams of nutritional yeast
a little salt and rice vinegar
20 grams of fat
18 grams of carbohydrates
9 grams of protein
And here’s how it’s done:
Cut the cabbage, cucumber and onion into small pieces. Mix in a bowl and set aside.
Now mix olive oil and lemon juice. Place the onions, peeled garlic cloves, basil, spinach and chives in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add walnuts and yeast and mix again. Then season with salt and rice vinegar. Pour the pureed mixture over the cucumber and cabbage and mix well. The green god is ready!
