Ingredients for bean salad

You will need: 1 kg of beans, 3 stalks of relish, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 onions, 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt, pepper

This is how bean salad is made

Here’s how to do it: Wash the beans and cut off the stem. Drain and place the beans in a large pot. Cover with water, add salt and baking powder to taste, bring to a boil. Baking powder ensures that the beautiful color of the beans is preserved. Boil the beans in water for 10-12 minutes, until they are cooked, but still. Drain the beans and discard the relish, put the beans in a large bowl and let cool.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Prepare the dressing: mix the vinegar and oil with a tablespoon of water and mix with sugar, salt and pepper.

Add onion and salt to the cooled beans, mix well and cover with foil. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Enjoy your meal!
