Ready in just 10 minutes: a beautiful and delicious arugula salad with feta and blueberries

In summer, we crave fresh, crisp greens and a boost of energy. So take rocket salad with feta and blueberries.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • For salad
  • 4 handfuls of arugula
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon)
  • 1 small package of feta
  • For clothes
  • 1 sorority
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 0.5 tablespoons of orange juice
  • Salt, 1 pinch of pepper, fresh ground
  • 3 spoons of olive oil

Approx per serving:

  • 365 calories
  • 20 grams of fat
  • 14 grams of carbohydrates
  • 14 grams of protein

And here’s how it’s done:


  1. Sort, wash and dry the arugula in a salad spinner. Place the blueberries in a bowl of cold water. Remove after 2-3 minutes and dry thoroughly. Remove the feta from the packet and cut into small cubes. Place the arugula, blueberries and feta in a good salad bowl.
  2. Peel the hair and cut it into small cubes. Pour into a small bowl. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice, salt and pepper. Now add olive oil. Stir until the salt crystals dissolve. Fold the salad, mix the salad and dressing and serve. Enjoy the crunchy selection!
