Recipe: Fruit Salad with Caramelized Nuts
Ingredients (for 6 servings)
100 g of fresh cherries
juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon of sugar
5 tablespoons of honey
150 g mixed nuts (eg walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and pine nuts)
Wash the apples and pears well, remove the core and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut all other fruits into small pieces and mix well in a bowl. Add lemon juice and sugar.
Chop the walnuts. Pour the honey into a non-stick pan and stir Caramelization. When the honey starts to foam, quickly add the walnuts folding and immediately pour the nut caramel over the fruit salad.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Recipe: Exotic fruit salad
(Ingredients for 4 people)
200 g of strawberries
100 g of lychee
100 g of wolf
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons pistachios
Wash and peel the fruit.
Cut bananas, kiwis and strawberries into wedges, mango into wedges and papaya into small pieces.
Slice the oranges and core the lychees.
Arrange the fruit in a large bowl, sweeten with honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
