Ingredients for Asparagus:
Carefully clean the white asparagus and cut 2 sides crosswise. Cut dry ends from white and green asparagus
Mix maple syrup, salt and lime juice on a plate. Roll the asparagus in it and rub the marinade into the cracks.
Place the asparagus on the preheated charcoal grill. Turn every 4-7 minutes depending on the heat.
Ingredients for vegetable salad:
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes, then put them in the drink and leave them to cool. Cut the vegetables and pears.
