2 tablespoons panko flour
-
2 spoons of flour
-
1 egg
-
1 organic lemon
-
2 spoons of olive oil
-
salt
-
bell pepper

For frying: sunflower and olive oil
Clean the broccoli and peppers and cut into pieces/florets. Peel the garlic and remove the seeds from the chili pepper. Wash the parsley and cut into pieces. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the broccoli for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. In a second pan, briefly fry the pepper, chili and garlic in olive oil.
