Mango Wrap: A Lightning Recipe – Fruity Features for Salad

A great fruity mango for your summer salad

This is perfect if you want to add some exotic color to your salad.

Who needs the store-bought version when it’s so easy to make your own delicious salad? Today we will tell you how to make an amazingly fruity mango. In no time!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 grams of mango
  • 9 tablespoons butter, unflavored
  • 6 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt and pepper

Approx per serving:

  • 262 calories
  • 23 grams of fat
  • 14 grams of carbohydrates
  • <1 g of protein

And here’s how it’s done:

  1. In the first step, if necessary, peel the mango. Cut the meat into cubes and place in a tall measuring cup along with the oil, white wine vinegar, mustard and honey. Puree with a hand blender.
  2. Just season with salt and pepper – that’s it!

Tip: This quick, easy mango dressing goes well with green leafy salads, in addition to mango slices or other fruity ingredients.

As you can see, you really only need to mix a few ingredients together – and you have a homemade salad that you know exactly which ingredients it contains. No hidden sugar, no hidden ingredients. Since the preparation time is less than ten minutes, no one has to go back to the ready-made version from the supermarket.
