Leonardo DiCaprio invests in Lewis Hamilton’s restaurant

Leonardo DiCaprio has become a new investor in the fast food restaurant of the racing star Lewis Hamilton. We’ll tell you how to get delicious burgers without the celebrity factor.

Leonardo DiCaprio has invested in Lewis Hamilton’s vegan fast food chain. This makes the actor an investor and ambassador of Neat Food Co. Former Formula 1 world champion Hamilton and Tommaso Chiabra, a former Beyond Meat investor, founded the company in 2019. So far, there are eight restaurants in London, but the company wants to open more branches in the US and Italy by the end of the year.

“Transitioning our food system to sustainable alternatives is one of the most important ways we can make a real difference in reducing global pollution,” DiCaprio said in a statement obtained by Bloomberg. “Neat Burger’s pioneering approach to alternative proteins is a perfect example of the solutions we need in the future.”

The company welcomed its new investor on Instagram.
