Ingredients for Green Goddess Salad
For a popular salad (about 4 servings) you need the following ingredients:
- 1 small head of white cabbage
- 1 large cucumber
- 3 stalks of onion
- 1 bunch of spring onions
For the dress you will need:
- a handful of basil leaves
- about 100 g of spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sorority
- 2 lemon juice
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 60 g walnuts (or nuts of your choice)
- 30 g of yeast husks
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
This is how the salad is prepared
It only takes a few steps to prepare. First, wash and chop all the salad ingredients as finely as possible. Then place the vegetables in a large bowl.
For the dressing, place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then season with salt and rice vinegar.
