Vegetarian cuisine New dish: colorful salad with beans
Give yourself a break and prepare this delicious salad. Then you start the rest of the day with renewed energy.
Ingredients for about 1 serving:
150 grams of green beans
150 g of broccoli florets
150 grams of red pepper
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of orange juice
Salt and pepper
1 spoon of cream
20 g of cashew nuts
1 spoon of oats
1 pinch of chili powder
Approx per serving:
34 grams of carbohydrates
18 grams of protein
13 grams of fat
And here’s how it’s done:
Clean and wash the beans and broccoli florets and cook in boiling salted water until crisp. Drain and turn off. Wash the pepper, peel and cut into short strips. Wash and chop tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients.
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, orange juice, salt, pepper, and cream. Add to salad.
Finely chop the cashews and fry them in a non-oiled pan along with the oats and chilli flakes. Sprinkle over salad.
