Less than 30 minutes! Cheese and Radish Salad: Quick Meal!
Our Cheese Radish Salad is the perfect salad when you need something quick! Check out the recipe.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1/2 iceberg lettuce
1/2 bunch of radishes
2 sprigs of parsley
3 tablespoons of yellow water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon oil
50 g Edam (30%)
50 g of minced beef
Approx per serving:
15 grams of fat
15 grams of carbohydrates
30 grams of protein
And here’s how it’s done:
Wash iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and chop the radishes.
Wash and chop the cucumber. Mix all the ingredients.
mix parsley, filter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Whisk in the oil. Pour over the salad.
Chop the edamame and cut the ground beef into strips and arrange both on the salad.
