From the summer kitchen Broccoli Salad with Eggs: An Amazing Diet for Lunch

We have the perfect recipe for you on warm summer days. Expect a fresh salad with delicious ingredients.
Ingredients for about 1 serving:
1 egg (M)
250 g of broccoli
1 red bell pepper (about 100 g)
1 salad heart
50 g of lean ham
150 g natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
Salt and pepper
curry powder
Approx per serving:
345 calories
25 grams of carbohydrates
38 grams of protein
10 grams of fat
And here’s how it’s done:
Hard-boiled eggs. Wash broccoli, cut into florets, cook in boiling salted water until crisp, drain and rinse. Wash, peel and chop the hot pepper. Rinse the lettuce in cold water, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange broccoli, paprika and egg slices on top of the salad and sprinkle with finely chopped ham.
For the topping (you can take it with you), season plain yogurt with salt, curry powder, and freshly ground pepper.
