A short culinary trip to the Mediterranean: strawberry ham and mozzarella salad.
Salad is at home everywhere – even at Bella Italia. Today we have a Mediterranean Ham and Mozzarella Salad with Strawberries in a Bowl. Great!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
for the salad:
250 g of mixed green leaf salad
8 strawberries
4 balls of baby mozzarella
4 slices cured Italian ham
fresh parmesan in one piece
For clothes:
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper, fresh ground
3 spoons of olive oil
Approx per serving:
300 calories
21 grams of fat
5 grams of carbohydrates
24.5 grams of protein
And here’s how it’s done:
Pick and wash the salad. Wash and dry in a salad spinner. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half. Remove the mozzarella balls from the packaging, drain and cut into pieces. Cut the ham into narrow strips. Arrange everything on two large plates. Now grate the Parmesan over the ingredients in generous portions.
For the weight: Whisk the balsamic vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl with the salt until the salt crystals dissolve. Stir in freshly ground black pepper. Whisk the olive oil vigorously until the oil and vinegar are combined. Then everyone gets the salad they want.
