Ingredients for 2 servings:
for the salad:
250 g of mixed green leaf salad
4 balls of baby mozzarella

5 grams of carbohydrates
24.5 grams of protein
And here’s how it’s done:
Pick and wash the salad. Wash and dry in a salad spinner. Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them in half. Remove the mozzarella balls from the packaging, drain and cut into pieces. Cut the ham into narrow strips. Arrange everything on two large plates. Now grate the Parmesan over the ingredients in generous portions.
For the weight: Whisk the balsamic vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl with the salt until the salt crystals dissolve. Stir in freshly ground black pepper. Whisk the olive oil vigorously until the oil and vinegar are combined. Then everyone gets the salad they want.
